Shipping Policy

We dispatch our orders within 2-7 working days from the order confirmation date. Estimated Dispatch Time displayed on the website is the approximate time taken to deliver the Food items to the Customer. There might be a delay in dispatch as certain pickles would require preservation time. But we will ensure to ship the pickles as soon as the order is confirmed. We deal with premium couriers in the country. However, deal with a courier company is not responsible of  Deccan Achar

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Cancellation Policy
.Any online order for delivery placed by you through www.deccanachar.com may be canceled either through the internet or through phone within 24 hours of placing the order.
.Post 24 hours, no cancellations will be entertained.
. Advance orders & immediate delivery orders will also be subject to this cancellation policy.
. Orders once placed through www.deccanachar.com may not be canceled or refunded post 24 hours.
In the event, the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they had spilled/ or were damaged, the Customer can contact the customer support or shall send a mail info.newdeccan@gmail.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. The images of the damaged or spilled product have to be sent across in the mail. Once the www.deccanachar.com team satisfies damage/spillage, a replacement of the same will be done.
